How to install / upload the configuration to the newly created 1C database?

Our system administrator has created a new database, how now to upload the configuration to it? I know how to update existing configurations, but I can’t figure out what to do from scratch. New base for a new enterprise ("Enterprise Accounting").
I have already added it to the 1C launch list.
When opening 1C Enterprise, an empty window opens:

When opening the Configurator, the configurator opens:

If you select "Load configuration from file" and try to take updates from the distribution kit, then there is no suitable file that can be fed to it ...

You go to the configurator. "Configuration" menu, "Load configuration from file" command.
