Shop: 1 PC cash desk (1c retail) + 1 PC office (1c retail + ivideon video surveillance).
Everything needs to fly.

For 1c, fast work with the database is important, as I understand it, it is local, which means you need a fast ssd.
ivideon needs a fast processor and a lot of memory, but of course it depends on the number of cameras. Total take core i5 / i7 and 16 gig DDR4. If it is more budgetary, then AMD A8-A10 and DDR3

I looked in the direction of the Shtrikh-M company, they used to sell such a solution. Maybe they are doing it now.
but for me, take a simple "office" typewriter, especially if it's new. Focus on the requirements of video surveillance, they are slightly higher than those of 1c) And for a retailer working locally, it will not matter what, unless you have a huge assortment of goods and high traffic.
