Which system for the distribution of applications / logistics to choose?

Need a calendar view for the week to see free windows while talking to a client.
An analogue of our solution in Google Spreadsheets:

In the process of receiving and distributing applications, as well as their execution, everything can change dynamically. For example, the client did not answer the phone (you can complete the next request first, and after it try to contact the client again), a more urgent request appeared on the same day, or the client rescheduled the request for tomorrow.
Those. you need a convenient distribution by drag and drop, like events in a google calendar.
There are applications of the "partial cargo" type, which can only be linked to the main applications. They should always be visible on the map, so that when an application appears in that area, the manager sees an application of the "partial load" type and includes it in the route.
It is desirable that there be integration with AmoCRM and an Android mobile application for drivers.
We tried Maxoptra, ZigZag, but there is no panoramic view for a week and it is inconvenient to change orders dynamically.
We ordered the calculation of improvements in the SkyElectronics system, counted for 100 thousand in order to adapt their calendar to our use case.
Now I am trying to understand whether this is an adequate price, or you can find something ready-made, or it will be more profitable to develop a system from scratch for yourself.
Tell me, please, such ready-made solutions, do they exist at all? If you need development from scratch, then I will be grateful for any advice in order to better navigate this issue and not make mistakes when ordering development.
Or can I place the TK on a freelance site (or somewhere else?) and companies with finished products will find me themselves?

100 thousand is too much. More precisely, not a lot, but you can find ways not to spend this money (or not so quickly).
For example, we recently worked on integrating a scheduling system for a medical center. The functionality is outrageously reminiscent of what you are asking about. I can suggest one service (not advertising). But this service is tailored for medicine - the terminology is narrow. However, while we were looking for it, we came across a huge number of both free and paid systems with a wider industry coverage.
Google for once.

Maxoptra already has the functionality you need.
