Can I use iMacros in Electron?

I can use BrowserWindow.addDevToolsExtension to load some extensions (like DevTools for React). Is it difficult to adapt the iMacros extension for Electron?
I have one developer who knows how to work with iMacros well, but doesn't know enough JS to write such automated tasks, for example, using jQuery. Can you recommend any JS framework for multipage DOM processing?
