How to automatically collect data about installed packages/programs on virtual servers?

Hello,
there are several dozen virtual servers on Windows that have not been updated for several years.
Is there a way to quickly find out which packages other than the default ones are installed and which configuration files are being used? Using Ansible or something similar? Packages, programs can be java.jdk 6.0, IIS 6.0 etc

On Windows, you can collect everything with a povershelom.
