Is it possible to automate the transfer of data from WhatsApp/Slack to Google Docs?

No matter how wild it sounds, but I will describe what it is:
- Chat in slack where they report on costs (example: 4000 household needs). Categories were created in advance and when entering data into the channel, a person only needs to choose. That is, there will be no chaotic phrases, for example: "3000 refrigerator" or "1500 paper". In both cases, there is a general category of "hozneed".
- And actually the Table in Google Docs where you need to enter this data in one column, so that you can clearly understand what the funds were spent on. The categories are hidden in the drop down list.
Task: to automate the transfer of data from the messenger to the Table. Now I do it myself, but it takes a lot of time. Maybe you can suggest a program or something similar,
