How to "blindly" enable USB debugging in MK802?

There is MK802. HDMI does not work on it, but it itself is working.
The minimum task is to allow debugging so that you can reach the device via ADB.
The maximum task is to install some kind of VNC in order to link an account and push applications from the market remotely.
The maximum task 2 is to pre-configure the Wi-Fi settings in the Linaro bootable from the SD card and calm down.

Thanks for the great help.

You'd better go to the profile topic on the device on w3bsit3-dns.com . Help faster. There is not a huge number of users of the device, but there are those who are in the subject.

Has the box been opened? Maybe just solder the hdmi connector? A mismatch is common.
