You need to set a custom lock for the document when the user opens it. To prevent other users from opening it. And remove the lock when closing. Since I did not find an adequate system for joint editing of one document, except for towns. In the attached book to 1C there is nothing on locks. So the open document is already locked. If another user starts editing it, a warning will be issued immediately. This blocking is provided by the 1s platform itself. There is no other information on this.
