There is Debian 10. 1C:Enterprise 8.3.12.1790 + Postgres Pro 11.1 are installed.

But when creating IB I get an error:

That's the problem, it doesn't work:

warning: cannot change directory to /home/usr1cv8: No such file or directory
Error: service failed to start!

Your 1C server service should run under the usr1cv8 user - check the settings!
