Import from 1C UT to Bitrix how to do it offline?

I made an unloading through an exchange with the site, but I did the unloading into the catalog. 1 folder and 2 files were uploaded:
photos - import_files
nomenclature - import.xml
trade offers - offers.xml
I know that in Bitrix there is an import to the infoblock from XML, but in what order to import and what to do with the folder with photos where to upload it?

Standard XML import won't work in this case.
