In 1C, the product has an attached text file from which a detailed description of the product is displayed on the site. When this file is changed in 1C and an exchange is made with the site, the text in the site admin panel is updated, but the old text is still displayed on the site. How to deal with it?

Look at the cache time in the catalog component settings. Most likely you have a long cache storage period there, you need to set it so that the storage time coincides with the exchange frequency with 1C.
Plus, reset the cache settings of your browser history.
