404 Bitrix smart filter error?

Good afternoon! I have a CNC smart filter built on the news component.
Filter CNC - #SECTION_CODE_PATH#/filter/#SMART_FILTER_PATH#/apply/
If detail view CNC is #SITE_DIR#/product/#SECTION_CODE_PATH#/#ELEMENT_CODE#/ - the filter works, but
if detail view CNC is #SITE_DIR#/product/ #ELEMENT_CODE#/ - the filter displays the number of found options (pop-up window), but when you go to the 404 page, an error occurs.
If anyone knows how to fix it, please tell me a little more (I'm not a programmer)...
