Why is the report not saved from 1C ZUP to a local folder?

It is necessary that a text version of the report be uploaded to a local folder.
To do this:
Select a report
In the report form, click "Create a report distribution"
In the report distribution form, on the "Delivery (folder)" tab, specify the path where to save
And there you can not immediately select a folder on the PC, you need to create a directory inside 1C, and then link it with a real folder on the local drive.
I press "execute now". In the folder inside 1s, the file is visible, but physically it does not appear in the folder on the local disk.
