Is it possible to restore 1c SQL database from .bak file?

There is a 1c server - when you try to connect to any of its databases from the localhost server, it writes an error - the connection was not established, because the destination computer rejected the connection request. Prior to this, the 1c base simply hung on startup. The sql and 1s services are running and restarted more than once.
The SQL server starts up without problems and writes that the databases are normal
. According to my assumptions, the hard drive dies, frequent bugs, but when checking with Victoria, only 1 bad was found, which the program got messed up with.
When trying to copy the .mdf file to any other disk / media - Error 0x8007045D. The request was not completed due to an I/O error on the device.
The .bak file with the old backup was copied, but I don’t know if it’s possible to somehow resurrect it with only it?
The goal is to pull out the accounting database by any possible means with minimal losses. It is possible to deploy the server on any other PC if necessary.
Help solve this difficult problem. Are there any rescue options?

The .bak file with the old backup was copied
May be old (with a lot of data loss) or incomplete.
.mdf to any other disk/media - Error 0x8007045D
After stopping the service, sqlservr.execheck CHKDSK(maybe there are logical errors).
Choose which file is more relevant and either an RESTOREarchive file or CREATE DATABASE FOR ATTACHfor an mdf file on another MS SQL installation.

Well, that's what it was made for.
If the file is not damaged, then restore it.
