How to add a field in 1s 8.3 enterprise?

Hello! Please tell me how to add a field in 1s 8.3 enterprise? In some groups, you can add a field, and then in different groups it offers the same field. I read on the Internet that to add a field you need to go through the "Reference type details" (it's not clear how and where to go to get into the details of the reference type). 5c9762177d336924314614.jpeg. On the screen, you do not have reference type details. But if you open the carrier group, there will most likely be a partner or counterparty requisite, so it will be of a reference type.

According to theory, if you do not touch on different collections and consider single values, then data in 1C is of two types - containing a value (number, date, string, etc.) and a reference type - i.e. they do not have a human-readable representation (an additional service request is made to display in the form of a name or code) and they are "keys" for obtaining specific data from the database (examples are "Dollar" from the currency directory and "Stepan Stepanych" from the employee directory).
On managed forms, the user usually sees and can arbitrarily move only those details that the developer has allowed him to use. But if there are reference attributes (let me remind you, these are the keys to a set of properties of some object from the database), it is possible to put the cursor on this attribute and click on "Add field" - the tree of object attributes will be shown, and if there are other reference fields in the attributes, then you can fail in them - the selected fields appear on the form.
