Good afternoon. Ask for advice from knowledgeable people. I'm not a professional, an amateur. I use Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects a couple of times a week. My PC: intel i5-9600kf, nvidia 1650, 16 gb ram. There is a feeling that the video card does not pull even I would say it slows down the rest of the components. What video card can be installed instead of mine so that everything works stably and better (there is no money on RTX yet ((( )
