Why is the image on the monitor twitching, making noise and turning off?

Since the end of 2021, the image on the monitor behaves in a strange way. The monitor turns off, the image twitches, white stripes and various noises, all at the same time.
The problem is temporarily solved: reinstalling HDMI from the side of the video card (pull-insert) with the power off, reboot (1 out of 10, which will help), cleaning from dust (works the longest).
I used a different monitor and the problem persists.
I used various cables and adapters (VGA, HDMI, HDMI with a DisplayPort adapter) - the problem remained, except that the monitor does not turn off with VGA.
"Monitor turns off" - both the image and the backlight go out.

Plus, prolonged use of the cable in this mode leads to its breakdown.

The room is quite dusty. I do not know if this could be the reason, but after cleaning the dust, the problem is solved for a long time.

Change the electrolytes in the monitor. At the same time, you will clean the radiators inside.
If the power is noisy, then the noise will be visible on the screen.
Recently, such an old monik was repaired. Light color ripples everywhere. Changed - everything is ok
