Strange sound when spinning video card fans, why?
Good afternoon.
There is a Palit GTX 1080 JetStream. There are no complaints about the work, the temperature is ok, but there is a problem with the fans when the video card goes into idle mode. For example, I played, closed the game and for about 2-3 minutes the fans gradually stop, and it is at this moment that the characteristic “trick” sound occurs. I recorded a video with this sound and the behavior of the turntables

fedora in which it is not easy to do this.
I would be grateful for any advice and recommendations. Can this be fixed and what is causing this sound?

we take oil (I used oil to lubricate the trimmer) (do not rub oil from the kitchen)
we take a syringe
remove the fan
under the sticker there should be a hole
if not, we pierce it with a syringe and fill it in, but not too much
for reliability, we sculpt electrical tape after degreasing the surface
, as a result, 10 silent fans from 10
if it didn’t help, then the bushing loosened along the way.
find a donor or replace the fan itself
