Which of the 2 cards is better?

There are two cards to choose from (used) at the same price :
1) MSI gaming x 1060 3gb
2) Gigabit rx580 aorus 4gb
Help me choose among them. The main parameter is reliability. I heard that MSI of this series burn out more often. Is this a rumor or is it really true? I do not plan to do any overclocking.
