What to write in chapter 3 of the diploma?

In the 1st chapter, the theoretical part is written (literature review);
2 - problem statement, input and output information;
3 - algorithm for solving the program, mat. model;
4 - results of the program, user manual.
I don't have a mat. models. The teacher told me to "improvise". I'm sure that not all IT-shniks wrote mat in chapter 3. model. There are theses in which it is not needed ... From the height of your experience (it may well be that one of you is a teacher), please tell me what would replace the mat. model in chapter 3.
Thanks in advance for advice!

In fact, your diploma does not even have a name. Yes, and the essence is somehow vaguely reflected;)
In such a situation, you can only repeat the words of your diploma supervisor - improvise.

Indeed, from your question, the topic of the diploma is not clear.
I agree with the previous answer.
In general, in chapter 3 some kind of novelty is proposed, its implementation ... or proposals on a particular topic, their solution.
