tablet for daughter

My daughter is in the second grade. I'm thinking of buying her a tablet for her birthday. I liked the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000-64 because it has a pen, you can draw, text is recognized. Those. potentially it can be used as a draft to teach lessons.

But, as I understand it, you can’t really play 3D toys there, and the screen is not the best today, and the cost of option 64 is already 32500 rubles. By the way, I wonder: is there a 64 gig ssd or a flash drive?

Are there other options that I haven't seen? I do not consider apple products.

And the question still torments me. Can I somehow try to connect it via wi-fi to a home server on centos in order to watch movies directly from it?

I don't understand why it's upvoted. Should I buy a doll? Well, I said that I would buy both a doll and a tablet.
We will teach lessons on the tablet. I think it will be more fun for a child to use a tablet as a draft, and not a faded pencil and a checkered notebook. And for Skype negotiations with grandparents, the tablet will also be just right. You can walk around the apartment, show your crafts, drawings, new clothes, a cat. You can’t drag all this to a stationary camera.

You will play, there is good iron. Flash drive.

Can. At least stick out the ball and use the media client to take the content directly from there.

Today I managed to hold the device in my hands. Weighty, comfortable in my opinion. It's heavy for a child, but, compared to a backpack, it's quite light :)
It's a pity they had it discharged. And on the site of the connected, the price is 32500, and in the store 35 thousand. Nexus 10 is intriguing, but it's more of a device for me, but I don't need a tablet. Nexus 7 wanted in the car. But I don't know where to put it. If I knew how to connect a rear camera to it, I would fix it right in place of the head unit. But so far I can't even imagine how to do it. And IMHO sculpting a tablet on glass is dangerous to health.
Thanks everyone for the kind words. From them it becomes warm in the soul.

I am very opposed to the child doing everything on a tablet - fine motor skills of fingers are best developed just by writing on paper with an ordinary pen.
Older - in the 5th grade, you can probably think about a tablet or something,
but in elementary school - no electronics for learning.
This is my personal opinion.

I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000-64 My daughter
immediately, as I thought, began to learn lessons. Then I played a little, put it aside, and went to play with the cat :)
The abundance of technology in the house makes it something ordinary, the child does not treat dead pieces of iron as something supernatural.
