How to start in IT at 27 for a girl?

Hello! I warn you that my questions may seem rather stupid, but still.
I am 27 years old, I have been working in the field of procurement for more than 5 years, but for the last six months, my young man and I have often thought about the possibility of migrating to Europe (I have been thinking about changing my job for a long time). Legally, this can be done in several ways, the most accessible for us is to find a job. He works in the field of art, so it is more difficult for him to work legally, and there is an excellent remote income, and my research quickly led to a demand in the field of IT, which, except for banal institute computer science, I have not come across. In principle, I graduated from a technical university, and I think I will be able to master something from the IT field, but the question is "where to start?" Should I go to university or finish courses? If so, which ones?
Are there any good basic courses to help guide direction and provide insight?
Well, in general: is the idea real? Are there those who started not quite young and were able to leave?
Obviously, even after gaining understanding and education, I will need to find a job: will it be a problem that I am a girl? And not at the age of 20-22?
Of course, my plans are not about a year or two, and probably not even about five.

If you write "for a girl", do you mean that you are not equal? Do you want to lower the bar for yourself?
Well then:
1. Gym.
2. Beauty salon
3. Fashion store
And - go ahead, seduce the head of the IT enterprise.
If you still want to make a career with your head, and not with your genitals, then - exactly the same as for a man.
University is not needed.
Universities teach more fundamental things. In order to start making money in IT, this is not necessary.
The course, as a rule, does not teach anything to the point, but at least they give an introductory one.
It should be noted that now there is a huge number of people who want to "enter IT", everyone has heard about salaries, and therefore competition among beginners is great and it is not easy to get a good job.
The situation is reversed among highly qualified specialists. Customers are looking for a good specialist, turning over mountains of slag.
It takes time to become a qualified specialist.
In order not to lose interest during this time, you need to do what is interesting for you.
Conclusion: if you want to make money in IT, then find what you like.
The main areas of programming, for which there are many offers:
front-end web servers (programming the appearance of sites), back-end web servers, mobile applications (Android, Apple iOS).
You can try to get in there and there are plenty of courses on these technologies.
Other destinations are more exotic, there are fewer job offers.
If the goal is as fast as possible: I would suggest a frontend.
There is also a complex frontend.
But the bottom bar is pretty low.
You don't even need to know programming.
Another option - for some reason there are a lot of girls in testing.
But these are also elements of programming.
And the third option is to build sites on CMS Wordpress.
There are a lot of offers. But this is more like freelancing, it is unlikely that there will be such a job in a company that you will be given a work visa

Both learn English
You need a native
And go into sales in an international company
The fact that hype has reached you = that there is nothing to catch here

Start with testing. In the work of a non-automator tester, nothing but common sense is required.

Try to start by developing web interfaces. The demand for the profession is high and constantly growing. Higher education is not needed there in principle. You can generally start from scratch, and with a technical education it is even better.
As a career guidance, you can take courses at htmlacademy.ru . The courses are practical and good because you will start writing code right away.
Sit for a week or two on free courses, and during this time you will understand whether it is yours or not. Be sure to look not only at HTML and CSS, but also at JavaScript (there is also an introductory course). Because JS is also necessary for the front-end.
