Who studied at the universities of the NSC?

Actually, I want to hear about Novosibirsk universities from those who studied / study there.
So far, I have decided for myself that I do not want to go to NSU at all. There are more philosophies and physics than programming, not to mention the fact that the majority crashes because of physics. True, there is one big plus - TechTalk lectures that take place there every week, but fortunately not only NSU students are allowed there.
I look in the direction of NSTU, where the program seemed to me much more interesting. But I don't know which faculty to choose.
I would like to know more about SibGuchi. So far, I haven't heard anything about him.
And which faculty is better to go to? In the future, I see myself as a .Net developer, because at the university I want as many hours of programming and algebra as possible, and as few philosophies/physicists/physicists as possible.
Is it for "software engineering" to go?

SibGUTI is not included in any ranking of universities, and this says something. It's better not to go there.
Yes. Software engineering was introduced into university programs due to the numerous requirements of labor coders. They said they say that universities do not teach programming. Now they are teaching.
