What to read on the PC device?

Hello! I am not a programmer. But, I wanted to ask a knowledgeable audience about the PC. Recommend what you can read for general development on the PC device? How are RAM, memory itself, processor, and so on related? How do the mouse and monitor interact and so on? I hope it's understandable ... Preferably, something "general", books for the general masses, so to speak.
ps The secret language of computer science I read at the moment. But what's next?
