32 or 64 - depends on the number of operatives. If it is more than 4 gigs - then 64 bits.

Choice : If the computer does not have specialized software or equipment that requires a certain OS bit depth, then between 32bit and 64bit it is better to choose 64bit right away. (judging by the question - there is no such thing)
Standard office / home software (browsers, toys, etc.) will work the same way, but when installing 64bit Windows, there will be opportunities to use more than 4GB of RAM.

In short, if OEM - check with your vendor if it's possible to change OS bitness without buying new licenses. If retail - then this feature is available if the distribution kit windows x64
Drivers :
Before installing the OS, prepare drivers for the network card (of the appropriate bit depth) or the motherboard for some kind of USB flash drive
. After installing the OS and updating it completely, check. for which devices your drivers were not found automatically:
in the start menu in the search bar, write "Device Manager" and run the program found accordingly.
Check devices marked with a yellow exclamation mark and look for / install drivers.
In addition, it is worth installing the latest drivers for the motherboard and video card from the manufacturer's websites.

IMHO. It is better to install 64bit right away, even if the RAM is less than 4 GB. At work, this is a problem. Bought stations with windows 32bit. Then, after a few years, they began to upgrade the RAM, so that there would be enough for all Excel and "modern" browsers and Skype - that's it, asshole. Rested on bit depth and that's it. You need to buy a new OS. Reinstall everything, etc. etc.
Therefore, it is always better to put x64.
