What to read in C++?

The crux of the matter is that you need to quickly (14 days) remember the long-forgotten C ++ for coding console network applications using specific cross-platform libraries. What literature would you recommend to pay attention to?

See Douglas Schmidt, Stephen Houston - Programming network applications in C ++
In general, of course, 14 days is not enough

Podbielski C++ is good for remembering basic language constructs. It is described much more simply than in Stroustrup (a classic, it should not be excluded). There are tons of examples.

I recommend R. Laforet "Object-Oriented Programming in C++"

A similar question has already been asked... Stephen Prata, Lectures and Exercises. Review the key points, if you once studied the language, it will not be so difficult.

A good book by Deitel "How to Program in C ++", but I perceive Stroustrup more, as VaiMR correctly noted, this is a classic.
But I have enough boyfriend, he explains better than anyone.

Thanks everyone for your advice, settled on Stroustrup and Scott Myers' book "The Most Efficient Use of C++"
