What is the Android development book?

It is for development, and not a book with a description of the API, of which there are plenty on the net.
In the book, I would like to see the architecture of mobile applications and complete examples of entire applications, with a description of why these architectural decisions were chosen.

Android is not a subject that should be taught from books, it develops too quickly. The examples that were offered in the books of 2010-2012 in English already look ancient, like mammoth dung. And Russian translations are usually delayed by 3-4 years. I generally keep quiet about the quality of translations - from all sorts of "activities" and "intentions" it starts to vomit already on the first page. startandroid.ru is the only sane resource in Russian, and then a good half of the lessons are already outdated, since the author finds time to update them, or at least puts notes that "this is done, see lesson number xxx"
From sources, I can recommend a video with Google IO from Android developers and an English stacker flow on specific problems, and then pay attention to the date of the answer, and blog entries of sane people with examples over the past year.
