What books to start learning Java EE?

In general, I became interested in web development in Java. After watching a couple of courses and reading a dozen articles, I realized that I needed to start with more basic things. At the moment I have worked with the following technologies:
- Jetty, Servlets, JDBS, Hibirnate.
What books and/or articles would you recommend to continue learning about these and new, similar technologies?
Preferably books from relatively basic basic (not Schildt or Horsman) to Junior level.
Thank you.

Java EE is an umbrella standard that brings together many other standards. Each of which is not simple and requires the programmer to have some professional level. Therefore, there are no books "for beginners" about Java EE, it is assumed that non-beginners are poking around in EE. You can try Anthony Gonsalves - Learning Java EE 7 . It's not bad and will give you an overview of the technologies you'll need to look for separate books on.
