What to learn next (how to become a full-fledged hacker)?

I learned python, c++ basics, html, sql. Always wanted to learn how to crack programs, hack servers, etc. (thus helping
companies improve their code, as Synack does). Recommend books (in English or Russian)
in which they teach not just to use other people's programs, but to create their own, books in which there is enough code, and not just theory. Also advise, please, good books on assembler (processor architecture 80x86, OS Linux).

Install Kali Linux on your virtual machine and start to understand it and its utilities. There, there is a lot of interesting things for security testing, I think a hacker should be interested)

Prolog, SMT solvers (eg z3), theorem proving systems (Isabelle, Coq), term rewriting systems (Maude, Stratego).

Read John Erickson's book - Hacking: The Art of the Exploit. 2nd edition. And also English-language books and sites on the topic of low-level hacking, assembler and reverse engineering.
