What C++ books would you recommend in 2019?

I am familiar with the Python programming language, so I am also familiar with the basics of programming.
I don't understand C++ at all, I just recently decided to learn it.
I can't figure out which C++ books are worth reading and which aren't. Programming languages are constantly being updated and I am afraid to go in the wrong direction, or maybe even learn something that is no longer used or has changed today.
What can you read about C++ in 2019?

C++ is a rather specific language, it's really hard to learn it on your own, studying from books.
I highly recommend paying attention to the specializations from the guys from Yandex: https://www.coursera.org/specializations/c-plus-pl...
If we still talk about books, then Stroustrup and Alexandrescu are usually recommended, although this for an amateur:

This book is also, they say, not bad:

Yes, this is great: C++ Bjarne Stroustrup
But it's unlikely that you will limit yourself to one book. It is far from being a simple language.
If, it's not a secret, what is the purpose for studying it: hobby, work?
