What to do with an underimplemented ERP system?
The plant hired a team of implementers to launch the 1c ERP system, they died out in the accounting department, there are a lot of different types of databases.
They said it didn’t work out because of the accounting department’s side-effects and quit.
The option of replacing the accounting department (chief accountant) is not considered.
The system is needed like air and management understands this.
All modules are ready to work except for accounting.
They hung up to finish the implementation on me (and I'm a support in the IT department, lol)
What should I do if I get fired, but I don’t want a job, and I really want to master this monster.

Transfer the chief accountant to a nominal position Dismiss the
rest and hire competent ones
If they hung up on an employee who does not have authority, then the management doesn’t need anything
