What to do with an underimplemented ERP system?

The plant hired a team of implementers to launch the 1c ERP system, they died out in the accounting department, there are a lot of different types of databases.
They said it didn’t work out because of the accounting department’s side-effects and quit.
The option of replacing the accounting department (chief accountant) is not considered.
The system is needed like air and management understands this.
All modules are ready to work except for accounting.
They hung up to finish the implementation on me (and I'm a support in the IT department, lol)
What should I do if I get fired, but I don’t want a job, and I really want to master this monster.

Transfer the chief accountant to a nominal position Dismiss the
rest and hire competent ones
If they hung up on an employee who does not have authority, then the management doesn’t need anything
You will be made extreme in any case and fired
If you want to catch your teeth in the office (why?), then at meetings constantly raise the unwillingness of the accounting department to work (exactly in this wording)
Say that you accept applications from the accounting department or in writing after agreement with the director, or in the system
The task is to make the accounting department so bad that they have a desire to switch to the system, not you

@fosihas

already written above.
Document your actions.
With management, determine the timing, priorities and methods of reward/punishment.
He told me to fill in the directory of counterparties, gave the order by signature. Did not make a memorandum to the Head.
It's not your concern to kick so that they work.

They said it didn’t work out because of the accounting department’s side-effects and quit.

From my point of view, there is practically no information on this issue. What is this mythical "inaction"? Were all accountants sent and not given access passwords to accounting databases? Or maybe your developers demanded that accountants from their " bunch of different types of databases " unload all operations, documents and directories into Excel files for uploading to ERP, and they logically twisted their fingers at their temples in response?
Who told you that? Again, nonsense is written from the bell tower of my experience. You are not compiling some kind of accounting for Saudi Arabia from scratch, but you will use the regulated accounting of your state, which is implemented as fully as possible only in 1C products and is being quickly finalized. Therefore, from the start of accounting, you need to transfer all directories, account balances and make settings for your specifics. If there are no directories, then what the hell can you have production modules ready for? Even if they bring you a pack of papers signed by the masters and other persons responsible for the processes, about the acceptance of improvements, then in fact you can throw everything away - after transferring data from "a bunch of different types of databases"you will need to start testing the supposedly improved functionality on the real data of your plant again.
My advice to you : by hook or by crook, give up this burden. Do not pull. It's like calling only one builder to build a high-rise building. a dacha, but a big project needs a big team!
