Good afternoon!
It is necessary to choose options for CRM systems for an e-commerce startup. You need the ability for the operator to communicate with customers via SMS, iMessage, instant messengers (Whatsapp, Viber); if possible - e-mail. Telephone conversations between the operator and the client are not planned.
In addition, the possibility of convenient invoicing of customers - individuals, with tracking payments for a specific order, is desirable.
In simple words, the scheme is as follows:
1) the client knows a single phone number by which you can contact the company manager in any of the ways - sms, iMessage, Whatsapp, Viber
2) through one of these channels, a dialogue takes place between the client and the operator of the order reception service. In some cases, it may continue after a certain time, so it is desirable to be able to "mark" the dialogue with the client in order to return to it later 3) the manager
sends the client a link to make a payment for a certain amount using a bank card, webmoney or Yandex.Money
payment by the client and proceeds to further processing of the order
