What are the options for information systems for production?

Good afternoon,
I work in a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of serial furniture and custom-made furniture. The company is growing and requires an information system for the entire company. Basic requirements:
1) Well-coordinated work on the exchange of data with 1C: Accounting
2) Full accounting of production and materials
3) Payroll (piecework, salary, etc.)
4) The ability to attach points of sale to receive orders and sell products
Understandable that the system will not have all the necessary functionality out of the box, so we would like the system to be easily modified to our needs.
I ask knowledgeable people to suggest which way to look and where to look for information.
