Does it make sense to write your own ecosystem?

Good day to all!
Looking for advice from experienced people.
At our manufacturing enterprise (about 150 people), 1C systems of various configurations work with all the ensuing pluses and minuses. But I see more cons than pros.
And I thought, why not write a platform for our enterprise with all the NECESSARY functions for sales, production, salary accrual (we have it complicated), CRM, workflow and other goodies, on some kind of framework (for example, Zend).
As a result, we will get a unified enterprise system in which everyone will work, from sellers to production workers. In the future, you can pick up an online store.
Do you think this decision makes sense? Perhaps there are some "semi-finished products"?

There is no point in writing your bike. It is expensive and time consuming, and success is not guaranteed.
Highly skilled developers with experience in developing large systems are required, otherwise you will be stuck on solving emerging issues, and your system is in danger of falling into the shoulder blades and stopping the production process. In addition, we need a competent product that will lead the development towards convenience for business and users.
You already have semi-finished products - 1s, so use them. And some systems can be moved into separate products that better meet the needs of a particular department. Often this is a CRM system. The sales department is audited, the needs for functionality are determined and the necessary product is selected. The CRM system integrates with other systems to ensure data consistency.
Don’t touch the RFP and accounting, it’s better to add the necessary in 1s, save yourself from a bunch of problems.
And the golden rule always works - it works, don't touch it!
So, before you change something, you need it to be in demand by the company, and not just by you.
There are a lot of stories of failures in the implementation of even boxed systems with everything ready, not to mention self-written ones.

Lots of money?
1C - this platform is just sharpened for the implementation of such tasks)))
from the pros it's cheap, the presence of specialists, from the minuses to find an intelligent director. Although this is a general minus)
and there are enough systems, at least - Odoo.

If you need a complex system, then you just need to take a configuration with complex functionality and transfer all existing systems there sequentially. You definitely don’t need to write it yourself, it’s a very voluminous and complex work.
