Which platform to choose for developing business and IT processes?

Hello!
Recommend a platform for developing business and IT processes.
The goal is to learn how to quickly develop processes in large organizations (coordination / execution / workflow automation). Of course, an important factor is further wages and demand as a specialist.
Key requirements:
Universality of the system. Should be suitable for HelpDesk processes, workflow, asset accounting, etc.
Ability to work with internal processes as well as with external clients of the organization.
Easy integration with mail, AD, databases, etc.
Availability of materials for self-study on the Internet.
Clear tools inside the platform: form designer, process designer, the ability to use your own scripts.
Support and development of the platform so that no one needs it tomorrow.
P.S.
I understand that you won’t be able to get everything at once, you just don’t want to learn “crooked” products, which the manufacturer himself then abandons. I'm not afraid to code, but I think that simple things should be created in a friendly interface. At the moment I support the HP Service Manager 9.31 platform, I think that it is heavy and buggy.
