There is a long-suffering PC! On it, Windows 10 is only in safe mode with command line support. I installed WIndows XP and everything is the same. After I installed WIndows 7 and she couldn't even complete the installation as she can't do it in safe mode.
What could be the matter, what to do, how to solve all problems and what is fashionable to put instead of Windows ?!
