What disk shelf to buy?

Hello, tell me which disk shelf to buy ?, we have 2 fujitsu primergy rx200 s8 servers, they have 2 processors with 12 cores each, there are 4 sas 10K rpm disks in one server and 2 sas 10K disks in another. There are hypervisors on them and 1s is spinning, everything works well on the trailer, but they say they want it to be even better. I want to buy a shelf with SSD cache and 12 SAS drives, then combine everything into RAID 10. There are many databases, about 120 of them one weighs 85 GB, several 30 GB each. the rest of the little things 4-5 GB. Which interfaces would be better to use, SAS 6G \ Bit or FiberChenel.

For me, go to SSD for 1s. And leave the current disks for backups and undemanding tasks
