What to do if the red light near the RAM is on and the computer does not turn on?

I was playing Dota 2 and the computer turned off. And immediately the red light came on, and I kind of heard a click. I used to have this, but I did not attach much importance to it. It gets very hot for me, I would attach a photo, but this is impossible from the phone. I hope they help me :(

Start by unplugging your computer, then remove the memory (all) and run without it.
Although "click". It could be a capacitor, fuse, protective resistor or diode, etc. Then it is better to start by checking the PSU.

Start by checking the PSU. Disconnect from the motherboard and run a paperclip. If it doesn’t start, then it’s clear where the problem is, if it starts, then you need to measure the voltages, if it’s normal there, then you need to look for the problem elsewhere, but if it doesn’t turn on, then most likely the problem is in the PSU

Well, I would clean the PC from dust (so as not to heat up? Or does it heat up within the normal range for this iron)?
Click - similar to the PSU, in theory. If a "squeak" is connected, then there should be a reaction when the RAM is turned off or the video is turned off.
In general, if the PC does not react at all to turning it on, then it is either the Power Supply or the mother (rarely a percent). If the coolers are turned on but nothing "seems" - most likely the percentage.
