What is causing the SSD drive to become very slow?
Help advice. Windows 10. A fairly old ssd INTEL 320 with 80 GB is installed in the system.
Unexpectedly, the disk began to work very slowly, 10 MB are downloaded to it for about 5 minutes, it is read a little faster.
I decided to format it, because it works very slowly, formatting lasted about 8 hours. It ended with the error " Failed to complete formatting successfully ", the disk is now with the RAW file system and does not allow you to enter it, respectively.
crystaldiskinfo shows that everything is ok with the disk.
crystaldiskmark is preventing the test from running. (more precisely, it starts up, but does not test anything .. or it tests but very slowly and waiting is not an option.)
It will be expensive to give it for repair, it is cheaper to take a new one for a larger volume. Which way to dig?

Win 10 caches a lot, too much. And this in turn affects the wear of the disk. It will most likely fail for you soon. I will advise you to make a paging file on the HDD, and use the SSD exclusively to boot the system and frequently used software.
