The device does not initiate switching on, although the relay supplies power. How to fix this error?

The device is turned off by the program inside it, it stops receiving power by itself. When you switch the power cord, it turns on.
In order to simulate switching the power cord, a relay + node mcu board is included in it.
After turning off the relay through the screen, turn off and turn on again - power should go. But the device does not initiate startup.
How to simulate full plug switching from a device?
If you just switch the relay without turning it off through the program, everything works.

The question is closed, the problem was in the residual processes of the device. Adding time helped. The device turned off only visually, apparently, for some time it needs to be spent without power every time, the first seconds are not enough.
And yes, I didn’t attach the diagram and so on because the question was not in the diagram. The relay works, everything works as it should. The question was in the interaction of electricity and electrical appliances. Thank you for your attention.
