What to choose instead of Yota LTE in St. Petersburg? Need unlimited external IP

Yota, with the transition to LTE, turned off all external IPs and no longer provides such a service for individuals and drove everyone behind NAT. Will have to refuse.

You need unlimited internet and an external IP for about the same price as Yota, is there anything similar wireless in St. Petersburg? Who uses what? To work, you need a VPN from the outside in through ddns, on Yote this is now impossible. :(

@Chikiro

The issue was almost resolved, you need to call the contact center, they will explain everything there.
We remain on Yota. :)

@Vovanys

try Hamachi
or make your own server where Yota will connect ...

@Georg

By the way, how was your transition?
I used to have an asus router - everything was more or less spinning normally. They have now issued a Zyxel router and their whistle. So this router is less functional - subjectively, the local network (7-10 clients) has become slower to work. And the Internet itself is so generally terrible - it used to give out just 2-3 Mbps, but it was stable. And here it jumps all day long, one minute per hour 10 Mbps, the rest of the time it either didn’t work at all, or at the speed of the good old dial-up. I hope everything stabilizes soon.
