How to force Yota to distribute the Internet through a non-native modem without 4G?

The very essence:
If I take a usb modem from, for example, a megaphone, send it off, insert a yota sim card that was intended for the phone, then how can I get around their famous speed limit due to the "wrong device"?
Details:
Actually, I live 3 km from the city, the only provider. distributing the Internet over the air (via mikrotiki sxt lite2) merged because the FSB forced to update licenses for which he has no money. He bought the Internet from Rostelecom. Rostelecom refused to provide Internet to the house (well, I understand them here)
The question arose of what to do. Of all the alternatives, a USB modem with unlimited internet is more or less normal.
By purchasing SIM cards from MTS, Beeline, Tele2, Yota, the latter proved to be the best.
Unfortunately, there is no 4G in my city, only 3G coverage, so Yota does not sell its modems for computers here. Their support replied that their modems can only work in the 4G zone (hence the question - if I go to the toilet, then what, there will be no connection or what?). 4G will not appear in my city soon.

How to cheat and distribute the Internet through a third-party USB modem using a Yota SIM card designed for mobile Internet?

@MrDickson

They have Internet for a computer only on 4G is provided. And modems have nothing to do with it, if my memory serves me right.
