How to make friends pfsense and YOTA whistle?

The latest version of pfSense is available.
USB Yota whistle.
We connect the whistle and configure the interface, everything works.
We disconnect from the Yota port and turn it on again. The interface connects but does not receive an IP. In the dashboard it shows "YOTA is diable"
