What to choose? 13/2017 or 15/2014?

Help with the choice, there is a macbook pro 13/2017 i5 ram 8, 128 ssd imtel iris 540, min equipment without a dot bar, and 15/2014 i7 ram16gb nvidia gt 750 2 gb ssd 512 gb I would like to know if there is much difference between them, 14 years old seems to be a good and still up-to-date machine opposite 17 years old with stripped-down functions without ports and discrete graphics, and the screen size. Please help me make a smart choice.

128 is small, especially since it can no longer be expanded with a card slot.
