Is it harmful to cool a laptop with a cold accumulator (cold cell)?

Hello!
I came across the fact that when the MBP 16 is running with the lid closed and an external monitor connected, the coolers start making noise and the speed rises to 3500-4500 RPM (in normal mode without an external monitor connected 1800 RPM).
Now I put a cold battery under the bottom of the laptop (see photo)

Question: Is it harmful to the laptop? Will condensation form inside?

Potentially it can, if the inside of the laptop reaches the temperature of condensation, and through the metal it is as easy as shelling pears.
Yes, and in this form it is also not safe, because the liquid can enter through the ventilation holes.

When the temperature in the room reached +30, the MacBook went into a hard freeze. For example, you press cmd + s to save the project and saving starts after 15 seconds and then the project is compiled for a minute. For comparison, at +25 all this lasts for 3 seconds.
In general, I had to crutch, because it was impossible to work.
In the photo there are 2 covers from containers, condensate accumulates on them, there is not much of it, nothing flows anywhere.
So it began to work just like a bullet, even faster than usual.
I have 2 Webstorm open and 1 DataGrip, coolers sometimes turn on.
