What system to choose for the organization of distance learning?

I am looking for a system to create my own distance learning center.
You need a SaaS-type solution that would not deal with support issues and so on.
The system should solve issues taking into account users, testing, assignments, electronic courses. It is also desirable to create video conferences.
From an Internet search, I was interested in the KAI-ISPYT system. For the most part, it suits me, but maybe there is something else interesting?
Please do not offer Moodle and other opensource systems.
