Are there courses that pay after employment?

Hello, I'm interested in these questions:
1) Are there special courses with a mentor that you pay only after employment?
2) At the expense of the very practice + learning of PL, according to the principle of 80 to 20, if you copy-paste codes or write a project from a video (you also copy-paste), then this is not considered self-learning, is it? If not, then how can you please learn how to write simple projects a la snake and so on.
3) Dietl or Horstmann, which is better? I read in English, but many people complain that there is too much water in Horstmann and so on, I would like to know your objective opinion.

Lol, there will never be such courses, because there will be no employment.

Look, recently the model is gaining popularity. Someone needs to pay the first salary in full, someone has to pay a percentage of the salary for 1 or 2 years.
