What skills do you need to have to start working in an office?

Question for those who work in the office!
I work as a freelancer, I am engaged in the layout of websites and landings. I also work with WP. I have all the skills of a Front-end developer (Bootstrap | Foundation), but oddly enough I can’t get a job in the office ((
Guys, please write what skills (more) you need to have so that, at least with a probability of 70%, get a job?

If you have good skills, then you make great money on freelancing, why do you need to downshift to the office in order to receive less money?

Ask this question to the employer every time after a rejection on a resume, at an interview or test, after which you were not hired. It’s hard to get an answer on a resume, easier on an interview, even easier on a test. Summarize your answers. Draw your own conclusions. It's not necessarily a matter of skill.
