I started saying that it’s not me, how is it even possible, he said that he had a screenshot of the logs, that I went to the hosting with my ip, and then I remembered about the RAT, he said if I don’t return it, he will write an application to department K, I explained that maybe it's because of the rat that someone was sitting on my computer!, but he stands his ground. And he said he was a lawyer. What to do??? I'm all in a panic, I don't know what to do, does he even have the right? what are his positions and mine? Get rid of all the evidence in the form of data on your computer, and if the cops still come to you, then deny everything and say that you yourself are outraged and insist on a trial.
