Binding your static IP to the reg.ru domain. How right?

Good afternoon. I know the question has probably already been beaten. But let me describe my situation.
I have a domain on reg ru. I have a static external IP at work.
What I want, we have access to the 1C server at an external IP address, there are employees who sit on the web via https.
I want to create, for example, a subdomain
1c.mysite.ru/bgu will be responsible for the BSU
database 1c.mysite.ru/zup will be responsible for the ZUP database
Next, I would like to raise vpn and that it would have a subdomain like
vpn.mysite.ru
I keep it all on one IP address?
Is it really all real? And the working scheme or I came up with nonsense and I can only fasten one IP address specifically for one domain.
And in general, is it possible to hide the port behind the domain name as well?
Like an external ip: port and a subdomain to tie to it.

@Morpheus_God

191.191.0.1 - 1c.mysite.ru this will work ports resolve nginx
191.191.0.1 - anothermysite.ru this will also work names resolve nginx
1c.mysite.ru/bgu resolve nginx
1c.mysite.ru/zup resolve nginx
In general everything what goes to 80 443 redirect the router rules to nginx
3389, 1433 and other specifics, it is better to wrap it in VPN
As a result, the following ports are open on your white api:
80 tcp
443 tcp
for PPTP: protocol 47 and TCP port 1723 (or or)
for L2TP : protocol 50 and UDP port 500 (either or)
